CITY INCOME TAX INCREASE..... By Frank II have been reading alot about Parma,s financial troubles lately. What disturbs me is the fact that they are considering raising the income tax from 2% to 2.25% for all residents of Parma. All you read about is this fact. What about Non-residents. People who only work in Parma and live in another city ? Will this raise affect them ? If so, will we get to vote on any tax increase ? No where in any of the articles published so far do they even mention people who only work in Parma. If we pay Parma taxes then we should have the right to vote on any tax increase. Taxation without Representation is against the Constitution. Frank R Bennett JR
