Illegal To Sell Garden Vegetables?
I am a 54 yr. old on SS Disability trying to make it on the meager allotment I am entitled to, and Parma officials won't let me sell vegetables I grow in my garden. What is happening to this world? My great grandfather Asa Emerson who helped found this city and Parma Hts in the early 1800's would be ashamed at what has happened to his hometown. The extra $20-25 i make a week hardly pays for the water, soil, seeds, plants etc, but it gives me something to do to try and stay healthy/fit. Plus it gives residents the chance to buy locally grown fresh vegetables at a low cost. It promotes a community well-being and helps sustain our environment. Shame on the city officials involved. Maybe if I greased their palms with some fresh veggies or paid them a monthly percentage, like Tony Soprano would do, maybe they would look the other way. To all the crooked politicians out there, be warned. I am mad as hell and ain't gonna take it no more. I used to be so very Proud to be from Parma. Anymore I feel like we deserve the butt end of all those late nite comics jokes. Maybe I'll just let my property go to waste, go into foreclosure, and further erode this city. NO I won't do that because I was raised better and I will fight for my rights as a patriotic American would and should. So stop by my house for Free vegetables 3712 Walter Ave off State Rd. Donations would be greatly appreciated to continue to provide fresh veggies for our residents.

The C.O.P.'s are watching!!!!!
I am putting every politician, every school board member, every public servant, every person who gets paid by our tax dollar that the C.O.P.'s are watching. The C.O.P.'s are we "Citizens Of Parma" who are tired of the waste, the excuses, the corruption, the "business as usual" attitudes that have brought Parma down into despair, The C.O.P.'s are watching. Every citizen of Parma has the right to know what you are doing daily to earn your pay, to earn our trust, to earn your living as an elected or appointed tax-payer funded member of OUR society. There was a time when things were done for the betterment of our Parma, and NOT for personal gain, political back scratching, or nepotism, the C.O.P.'s are watching. Is this a threat, you're dayum right it is!!! We have the ultimate power, the power of the people, the power of the vote, and trust me, the C.O.P.'s ARE watching!!!!!
