Rocky Road Brownies
1 box (21.5 oz.) fudge brownie mix calling for 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk vegetable oil, per package directions
egg(s), per package directions 2 c. mini-marshmallows 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions, using oil, and egg(s); substitute evaporated milk for water. Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake according to
package directions. Do not overbake. Remove from oven. Top with marshmallows, pecans and chocolate chips. Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes or just until topping is
warmed and beginning to melt together. Cool for 20 to 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
